What are your credentials? What makes you the right person to sell my home? How are you better than other agents?
Having worked with all kinds of property in the last five years, I know the most beneficial ways to upgrade, market, and sell your home. Evaluating property on the buy side provides a ton of insight when it comes to answering tough questions about costs: older versus newer property, condo or single family home, a neighborhood experiencing a soil expansion, or an area close to industrial space. I'm here to listen to and support you through the process of finding a property you love.
Communication is critical in this business, and I'm here to answer questions whenever you need answers. I understand the stresses of moving your life from one place to another, having done it four times in a decade when I was young. Change is good, and I want you to see me as your partner and advocate.
I'm currently working on my Graduate Realtor Institute designation which involves additional instruction in finance, construction, appraisals, and other technical subjects so I can bring my clients the knowledge we need to buy or sell their homes with confidence.
FourStar puts quality above quantity by extensively training and supporting their brokers. Many offices provide bare-bones instruction, and often new brokers learn the business from deal-to-to, making major mistakes that can result in significant loss. FourStar's top-notch support comes through in offering the best exposure for a listing through the local MLS, company website, social media, mailers, signs, open houses, and other marketing campaigns.
As your Realtor, my goal is to provide you with my best level of service. I promise to devote any amount of time to ensure the process stays on track with everyone on the same page. It's my goal to be your Realtor for life, and that demands my best efforts.
What experience do you have with the local market? Have you sold in this area before?
I've studied the market down to the neighborhood level in this and neighboring counties. My experiences have given me a thorough understanding of home types and the advantages of living in different areas.
As a property manager, I’ve ordered upgrades to make a property marketable, photographed it, showed the property to a wide range of clients, and closed the deal by signing a lease. My skills with managing contractors and the concerns of clients give me keen awareness about cities, neighborhoods, and the benefits of each.
As a realtor, I study and track housing prices, tour available homes, and stay informed about area-typical property.
What do you think of my home? Would you make any changes to help it sell better?
I always hire a professional photographer to show a property in its best light. With my wealth of experience in making a home attractive to potential homebuyers, we'll create that open space, complementary colors, defined shapes, and, together, limit the clutter of day-to-day life. You have the option of bringing on a professional stager to increase the chances of appealing to a broader range of buyers and bettering the chances of getting the best possible price.
What kind of technology do you use?
I utilize two MLS, each with consumer-facing interfaces that provide free access to properties for sale, advertise properties on FourStar's website, and you have a choice in whether or not you use Zillow and other syndication websites.
With comparative market analyses created using cloud technologies, DocuSign to facilitate signatures on documents through email, electronic newsletters to inform clients about the market and local news, social media for connecting to local events, and other tools to quickly find or distribute information, we have many different opportunities to advertise and connect.
What is your business philosophy?
My business philosophy is simple–if you don’t pay the price for success, you’ll pay the price for failure. I endeavor to use all available resources to make sure your house sells and your offer accepted. My knowledge and experience will guide us through each step, making sure we stay on schedule and negotiating fair exchanges if there is ever a problem on the other side of the table. I believe that what we put out into the world should be positive, encouraging, and motivating force. I don't do things by half-measures and always desire to do my best possible work because I love my job and never stop learning.
